I undertook my degree in Law and Legal Practice Court at Cardiff University.

I am an experienced litigator, with a history covering a number of areas of dispute resolution from banking disputes to property litigation and a variety of areas in between.

I am Partner and Head of General Dispute Resolution and Property Litigation dealing with a wide range of matters including the following:

General Dispute Resolution

Debt recovery

Enforcement of Judgments

Personal Bankruptcy

Consumer Disputes

Property Litigation

Landlord and Tenant possession and repair claims

Building Disputes

Adverse possession

Boundary disputes

Release from and negotiation of covenants and easements

Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 Claims

I have attended and prepared for Magistrates Courts, Upper Lands Tribunal, County Court, High Court as well as the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. I have conducted mediations and other alternative dispute resolution procedures including arbitration. I have also acted as advocate in the County Court.

In my own time I am a love travelling and I am not very good at sitting still.
