Rachel Broughton

I am experienced in a number of areas of law including criminal and civil litigation but specialise in wills, trusts and estate administration.

I spent the first 11 years of my career in private practice in Cumbria where I was born.  I developed a diverse client base dealing with cases ranging from murder and manslaughter to boundary and right of way disputes and estate disputes.

I moved to Wales in 2016 and have since continued to develop my high street practice and client base offering a diverse range of services to private clients.  I now advise clients with a diverse range of financial and property portfolios ranging in value up to several million pounds in order to provide a comprehensive planning service including the provision of tailored wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney for both personal and business use.  My client base includes clients from across South Wales.

I pride myself on my personable, professional and flexible approach to my work and enjoy assisting clients in the lifetime planning of their assets as well as offering a compassionate and professional service during times of illness or loss.  Helping my clients through sensitive and well managed planning for the future as well as ensuring their wishes are carried out after death means a great deal to me and is why I now focus on this service alone in my professional role with Redkite.

In my spare time I am an enthusiastic pilot and member of the local aviation community.  I am a passionate photographer and enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities.
