Rebecca Proctor

I was lucky enough to be brought up and attend school in Pembrokeshire. After completing my training and working in Cardiff for a short period I was delighted to return home in 1997 to join the firm as a litigation solicitor. I quickly focused on building my expertise in injury claims and since then have recovered many millions of pounds in compensation for local people.

I became a partner in the firm in 2009. One of my proudest moments was my appointment by Headway – the national brain injury association – as a solicitor recognised as having expertise in brain injury cases.

Our injury team helps people who have been involved in all types of accidents whether they have experienced minor or very serious life changing injuries.

My particular expertise is dealing with serious cases where clients have experienced spinal or brain injury as a result of an accident. My aim is to support and assist the injured parties and their families and not just to achieve the best possible financial settlement. Early access to specialist medical support, equipment and care provision can make all the difference to their recovery.

I have dealt with many multi million pound settlement cases on a “no win no fee” basis , making sure that injured parties have financial security to fund all of their needs over their life time. It’s rewarding to be able to take some of the strain away from a family during very difficult times and seeing the progress injured people can make with access to the right care and equipment. I still exchange Christmas cards with many of my former clients.

I am Treasurer of Pembrokeshire Headway, our local support group for families living with brain injury.

In my spare time I love camping with my husband and kids, pottering in the garden and power walking.

Rebecca Proctor was fantastic through the long period of our case, we don't feel she could have done any more than she did and we can not thank her enough for everything she and Redkite did for us.
