As the firm grew and its needs changed, I became the Regional Managing Partner for the Cardiff/Brecon and Swansea Regions in 2021 where I also have operational responsibility for our core services teams.

I have strong and authentic leadership skills and I pride myself on my ability to build successful relationships. I have a practical and commercial outlook to problem solving and a wholly people focused approach to help to achieve sustainable business growth.

Outside of work I enjoy walking, yoga, cooking and wine. I have two grown up daughters and have recently relocated to Swansea where I live with my husband.
