Kate Cashmore

I was originally drawn to Wills and Probate as it gives me an opportunity to make a real difference to people’s lives.

Sixteen years later and I still get as much satisfaction and enjoyment as I always have. I have since completed additional qualifications and am a full member of The Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners.

I tend to help people at incredibly difficult times of their lives. My aim is always to alleviate as much of the strain as possible and make things as easy and simple as I can.

I see the difference that having your affairs in order makes and am passionate in helping people to do this. I cannot stress enough the importance of making Lasting Powers of Attorney. They allow you to nominate who should manage your financial affairs as well as any health or medical care you need.

The sooner you can complete a Will or Lasting Power of Attorney the better. Lasting Powers of Attorney take approximately six months to complete and often people put off making them until they are needed but this is often too late.
