Nichola Stewart

I joined Redkite in 2011 as an Accounts Assistant after completing my Professional Body of Accounting Technicians AAT qualification and HNC in Business and Management.

Although I enjoyed learning all aspects of accounts, mainly focusing on Legal Aid billing, I felt that a more personnel-centred role was for me and I therefore became the HR Administrator for the Firm in 2016.

I now support all of Redkite’s employees with their training and development needs, assist management with recruitment, and help to build a positive and motivated working environment.

In my personal time I enjoy long woodland walks with my teenage daughter and the odd dip in the sea if the sun’s out.
