Solicitor – Employment

Position Overview:

As an Employment Solicitor at Redkite you will play a crucial role in advising and representing clients on a wide range of employment law matters. You will work closely with a diverse client base, from individuals to businesses, providing expert legal advice on issues such as wrongful termination, discrimination, workplace disputes, and more. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career and work with a highly respected team of legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on employment law matters to clients.
  • Represent clients in employment-related disputes and litigation.
  • Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and agreements.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment law and ensure compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in employment law.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
