Redkite Solicitors offers three different types of employment packages designed to make HR easier and reduce management time and risks by looking after your employment and people management issues.
Our service is both specialist and cost effective as it is provided by lawyers at fixed, monthly rates, rather than at standard solicitor hourly rates.
The comprehensive Redkite Solicitors’ package provides an unlimited advice line service supplying full advice, scripts, letters, templates and documentation for your use in any employment situation, for example recruitment, disciplinaries, dismissals or grievances.
As part of the package we also produce bespoke Contracts of Employment, Employee Handbooks and any other HR documents. These documents are updated by us on an annual basis to ensure that they remain compliant with legislation changes and best practice.
