Alice Chubb
Solicitor
I am a Solicitor in our Court of Protection and & Trusts teams.
I have been working with Redkite since 2021 where I started in our Private Client team, managing my own clients and caseload in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Probate and Estate Administration. I have further experience from my training contract working in the Family department, focusing on private and public children’s proceedings.
I started in the COP & Trusts team in October 2025 and work on lay-deputy applications, professional deputyship management matters, and personal injury trusts. I also have a focus on welfare benefit reviews.
I’m an English Literature undergraduate, having since converted to Law via the GDL and studying part-time alongside work since 2020. I completed and passed the LPC in October 2024 and completed my training contract to qualify as a Solicitor in September 2026. When I’m not working, studying, or networking, I’m a keen musician, avid reader, charity fundraiser, and dog-lover!
