Amy Lloyd

I am an Associate Licensed Conveyancer within the Residential Conveyancing Team based in Swansea.

Having studied Law at Aberystwyth University I then attended Cardiff Law School to complete the Legal Practice Course.

I returned home to Swansea where I commenced training with a local firm and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2014.

With over 10 years experience I cover all areas of Residential Property including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, unregistered titles and new build properties.

Outside of work, I am kept busy with my family including two boys and a Patterdale Terrier. I love to escape for a coastal run when I am able.
