Amy Owen

Associate Solicitor

I’m a Personal Injury Solicitor specialising in catastrophic injury claims. I left Swansea University in 2009 and qualified in 2015, before spending nearly 10 years at Hugh James in Cardiff, specialising in group actions.

In 2025, I joined Redkite and it has been great  to return to Swansea where I first studied and now practise as part of a team that shares my values and approach to client care.

I enjoy making a real difference to clients at what can be a very difficult time in their lives. I’m passionate about helping clients secure the compensation they deserve, while ensuring they feel supported and understood throughout the process. I pride myself on building strong relationships with my clients and guiding them through each stage as clearly and smoothly as possible.

Outside of work, I live in Bridgend and enjoy being close to the coast, particularly beach walks and paddleboarding.  I am Co-Chair of my children’s school PTA, support charities linked to my work and those close to my heart and value building professional relationships. In my spare time, I am training for a triathlon and enjoy hiking and taking part in charity races.
