I am passionate about building strong relationships and connecting with people. With a background in Law following my degree from Swansea University and my experience in Litigation, I bring a unique perspective to my role as I understand the intricacies of legal matters and bring a strategic approach to every interaction.

While working at New Law Solicitors, I realised that my passion fell into the management and operations side of things, and I successfully became a Team Leader. This is where I gained valuable experience in managing a team and the importance of facilitating collaboration, communication and trust.

Being a Client Relations Supervisor is an invigorating journey that combines my passion for interpersonal connections with strategic thinking and bridging the gap between our services and the needs of our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty. I thrive on orchestrating seamless communication, actively listening to client feedback and tailoring solutions to exceed expectations. To me, every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and I am happy to help with any enquiry you have for us.

I have called Wales home my whole life and absolutely love the Six Nations and everything Cardiff has to offer.  Outside of work I love music and you can often find me at concerts. I’m also a fitness enthusiast and try my best to make this a priority in my life.

One of my core values is the importance of socialising and building connections, whether it’s with colleagues, friends, or fellow rugby fanatics. I believe that strong relationships are the foundation of successful client relations, and I’m dedicated to fostering those connections in both my personal and professional life.
