I’ve always worked in customer service, but wanted a role where I could build more personal relationships with people. I started out in the admin team and have no moved into client relations, which I’ve really enjoyed.
No two days are ever the same, and being one of the first points of contact at Redkite means I get to meet a wide range of clients, all with different queries. It’s been really rewarding, and I feel like I’m constantly learning, especially as I haven’t previously worked in the legal sector.
I’ve lived in Cardiff my whole life and studied at UWIC (now Cardiff Met), where I completed a sports coaching degree. Outside of work, I’ve been coaching a local netball team for over 10 years, which I absolutely love.
