Associate Licenced Conveyancer
I am an Associate Licensed Conveyancer within the Commercial Property Team. I joined the company in 2006 and have worked within the Commercial Property Team since this time.
Over the last few years, I undertook the Licensed Conveyancer course to gain a qualification and I successfully qualified in 2024.
I deal with all types of freehold commercial property transactions advising individuals, companies and partnerships.
I regularly deal with the sale and purchase of agricultural property; development site acquisitions to include advising clients on planning agreements, planning consents, infrastructure agreements for the adoption of roadways and drainage system; the sales of plot on the development sites.I carry out refinancing work and dealing with various lenders, surveyors, estate agents and financial advisors.I also work closely with our Commercial and Corporate Team and our Employment Team dealing with the property aspects of various business transactions.
I have worked closely with a number of individual clients and small businesses over the years, and I am proud that I have been able to assist them with their requirements during this time.
I am based in the Carmarthen office of Redkite but regularly attend at our other offices throughout Wales.

Rwyf yn gwneud gwaith ailariannu ac yn delio â benthycwyr, syrfewyr, asiantau tai a chynghorwyr ariannol amrywiol. Rwyf hefyd yn gweithio’n agos gyda’n Tîm Masnachol a Chorfforaethol a’n Tîm Cyflogaeth sy’n delio ag agweddau eiddo trafodion busnes amrywiol.
Rwyf wedi gweithio’n agos gyda nifer o gleientiaid unigol a busnesau bach dros y blynyddoedd, ac rwyf yn falch fy mod wedi gallu eu cynorthwyo gyda’u gofynion yn ystod y cyfnod hwn.
Rwyf yn gweithio yn swyddfa Redkite yng Nghaerfyrddin ond rwyf yn mynychu ein swyddfeydd eraill ledled Cymru yn rheolaidd.
