Charlotte Isaac
Associate Solicitor
I am an Associate Solicitor in the Family Department at Red Kite, specialising in children matters, domestic abuse injunctions, divorce, cohabitation disputes and financial proceedings. My approach balances strong advocacy with empathy and ensuring clients receive clear and practical guidance at every stage.
Before joining Red Kite in 2021, I worked in a specialist family law firm in South Wales and studied Law at Swansea University, where I completed the Legal Practice Course and a Master’s degree in Advanced Drafting. This combination of academic achievement and practical experience enables me to handle even the most complex family law cases with confidence.
I am an Advanced Member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel, specialising in Private Children disputes and Domestic Abuse injunctions. I am also an active member of Resolution – an organisation of family lawyers committed to resolving disputes constructively. I volunteer with the Rights of Women helpline, supporting survivors of domestic abuse, and I lead local family law clinics to improve access to advice.
Clients describe me as approachable, practical, and compassionate. They value my ability to explain complex issues clearly, provide realistic advice, and deliver strong representation, while feeling reassured that their case is in safe hands. I regularly represent individuals before Magistrates, District Judges and Circuit Judges across Mid and West Wales.
Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active and spending time with my husband, our young daughter, and our miniature Yorkshire Terrier, Molly – often on long walks along the beach.

“Thank you for everything over all of the proceedings, you have truly been amazing with how you have dealt with everything. I am extremely grateful for all of your help and assistance and bearing with me when times were tough.
I know there will still be a little bit of contact but wanted to make sure that you were aware of how eternally grateful I am for all your hard work”.
