Chris Davison is a Partner at Red Kite, specialising in Residential Conveyancing. Based in the firm’s Penarth office, Chris brings with him a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to the local community. He joined Redkite Solicitors in 2025, following the firm’s acquisition of Alan Simons & Co, where he also served as a Partner.
With a strong track record in guiding clients through all aspects of residential property transactions, Chris is known for his approachable manner and his focus on clear communication. He is passionate about supporting individuals and families ensuring they receive practical and reliable advice at every stage of the conveyancing process.
Outside of work Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and children and coaching grass roots children’s football.
