I specialise in Commercial Property having trained in London at a City firm and worked in the Thames Valley before returning to my home town of Swansea several years ago.
I have enjoyed working in property since the start of my career, having been told in my first year of University by my Land Law tutor that I had an affinity for the topic!
However, aside from the somewhat dry and complex subject of land law, I find that it allows me to be involved in all manner of interesting transactions, from leasing a first premises for a local business to refinancing portfolios of large numbers of properties.
On a day to day basis, I handle all types of landlord and tenant transactions, sales and purchases and funding of freehold and leasehold properties ranging from retail, offices, industrial and leisure premises.
During my time in practice, I have worked with a large variety of clients, including property investors, developers and local entrepreneurs as well as public sector bodies and high street lenders. I very much enjoy working with and assisting growing local businesses to find good solutions to help achieve their aims and building lasting relationships with them over the years.
To relax away from work I enjoy yoga, gardening, cookery and reading.
