Ethan Norman

I joined Red Kite as a legal assistant shortly after I completed my Law and Politics Undergraduate degree at Cardiff University in 2025.I work in the Wills & Probate team in Gloucester, supporting fee-earners

I chose to work in Wills & Probate as my area of law because of my experience helping members of the public while volunteering at the Cardiff Civil and Family Court. I gained a lot of confidence from my volunteering, and I found that I wanted to work in roles that had a lot of interaction with clients.

In my free time, I enjoy reading fantasy and sci-fi books; learning Greek; and finding new recipes for dishes. Cooking is one of my best skills and I always enjoy sharing a successful dish with my friends and family. I love sharing recipes and enjoy learning a new dish from a friend’s culture.
