Eve Phillips

I graduated in June with a first-class BSc (Hons) in Marketing and Design from Lancaster University. My joint honours degree combined creative practice with strategic marketing theory, helping me develop a strong foundation in visual communication, content creation, and marketing strategy across a range of sectors.

Before joining Redkite, I worked as a Content Creator at a local marketing agency, where I produced graphic and written content for clients in industries including insurance, manufacturing, and home improvement. This experience strengthened my ability to adapt messaging for different audiences while maintaining clear and consistent brand identities.

Alongside this, I gained further marketing experience within the marketing department of a global engineering company during university breaks, giving me insight into working within a large, fast-paced, and technical organisation.

Outside of work, I play netball in a local league, enjoy cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
