Georgia Brown

My first HR role was for the professional services firm Ernst and Young LLP in London. Following a move to Cardiff I worked for Eversheds in their HR Team. I was then an HR consultant, and my last role before Red Kite was as HR Manager at a Sixth Form College.

My role at Red Kite is as an HR Business partner supporting the HR Operations Manager and collaborating closely with department leads. My focus is to act as a strategic partner, providing comprehensive HR guidance and support to foster a productive and positive work environment.

I live in Cardiff with my husband, two sons and cat. I love to swim in the sea and go to comedy gigs in my spare time (when I am not being used as a taxi service by my children).
