Hayley Conway

I joined Red Kite in 2024 after deciding to pursue a career in law. I currently work as an Administrative Assistant, where I enjoy speaking with clients and supporting them on a day-to-day basis, ensuring they feel informed and assisted throughout their journey with us. Alongside my core responsibilities, I have taken on additional work and projects to further develop my legal knowledge, which I find both engaging and rewarding.

I am also a first-year law student, balancing my studies alongside my role, and I am committed to building a strong foundation for my future career in the legal profession.

Outside of work, I enjoy an active lifestyle and spending time with family and friends. My interests include reading, horse riding, playing golf, and trying new experiences whenever I can.
