Helen Carter

I joined Red kite Solicitors in 2026 in the Company and Commercial Team.

Prior to joining Red Kite Law, I completed my training contract with another regional firm where I specialised within the Corporate, Commercial and Commercial Property team.

I advise on a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, investments, restructurings and commercial contracts, and I regularly support owner‑managed businesses, investors and management teams at key moments of change.

I enjoy working closely with people behind businesses, not just the transactions themselves. What matters most to me is being approachable and genuinely helpful. I work hard to understand each client’s business, their priorities and the pressures they are facing.

Outside of work, I enjoy horse riding, going to music festivals and traveling abroad, whenever the opportunity (and weather) permits. I also regularly head back to Mid Wales to help out on my families farm.
