Ieuan Hicks

I am a qualified solicitor currently working in the Wills & Probate team at Red Kite Law, where I support clients across England and Wales with all aspects of Will drafting and estate planning, Lasting Power of Attorneys and Estate Administration.

My role involves working closely with individuals and families to provide clear, compassionate, and practical guidance during what can often be a difficult and emotional time.

I am passionate about networking and business development, and genuinely enjoy building strong relationships within the local community and professional circles. Connecting with people, understanding their needs, and creating a trusted environment where clients feel supported and informed is a key part of what drives me in my work.

Prior to joining Red Kite Law, I worked at an international firm in Bristol, specialising in cross-border Spanish inheritance and property matters. Fluent in Spanish and with a deep appreciation for the culture, I helped clients navigate complex legal issues involving estates and property transactions between the UK and Spain. Alongside my Spanish law background, I also have experience in residential conveyancing, including assents and transfers of equity.

I studied History and Spanish at Swansea University, before completing both the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and the Legal Practice Course (LPC). I spent a year spent living in Barcelona before university sparked my love for the Spanish language and culture- skills and experiences that continue to shape my professional outlook today.
