James Pearn

James Pearn is a Consultant Solicitor at Redkite Law LLP, based in the firm’s Cardiff office. With more than 20 years’ experience, he advises on a wide range of commercial and residential property matters.
He regularly acts on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals (including auction properties), banking and security work, and landlord and tenant issues including leases, renewals, assignments, surrenders, variations and licences. James also specialises in high-value residential sales and purchases. Known for a calm, practical approach, he focuses on clear communication, identifying risks early, and guiding clients through each stage of a transaction to achieve a smooth completion.
Outside of work, James is a charity trustee and has recently taken up pickleball.
