Chief Experience Officer
I graduated from the University of Leicester and the University of Law, before training as a solicitor and working 10 years as a litigator.
I became fascinated more by how legal work was delivered and who was best placed to do it. That curiosity led me to explore alternative ways of delivering services with technology and multidisciplinary expertise.
Over my +30-year legal career, I worked with Top 100 and Top 50 law firms, a legal process outsourcer, and consultant to law firms. My senior leadership roles across operational, management, and executive boards include Partner, Vice President, Director, and COO.
As a member of the Change Management Institute and a Fellow of the British Computer Society, I focus on delivering strategic, operational, and structural change, driving innovation for law firms and their clients.
Since 2015, I have specialised in helping law firms grow, creating innovative services, new products, outsourcing models, pricing schemes, AI partnerships, and technology-enabled capabilities.
At Redkite, I am Chief Experience Officer, creating services that meet clients’ deepest motivating needs and significantly improve their experience.
Outside work, I’m a lifelong rugby enthusiast (a former player, coach, referee) and can usually be found at Penarth RFC, walking my Labradors on local beaches, or enthusiastically (but badly) playing my guitar.
