Jess Llewellyn

I began my legal career as a Legal Secretary, where I developed a strong commitment to supporting clients during difficult and often emotional times. This experience led me to study alongside work and qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive, specialising in Lifetime Planning and Probate.

I have since built extensive experience in leadership roles, managing and developing teams to deliver high standards of client service. My career has progressed from leading teams of lawyers to overseeing managers, with a focus on supporting professional development, driving performance, and ensuring our clients receive clear, compassionate, and effective support.

As Head of Lifetime Planning and Probate Operations, I am responsible for the operational leadership of the department. This includes shaping strategy, leading key projects, and continuously improving our processes to ensure we deliver an efficient, high-quality service. I am particularly passionate about creating a collaborative and supportive environment where colleagues can thrive, enabling us to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

I take pride in seeing our people develop and succeed, and in maintaining a culture that reflects our commitment to excellence and client care.

Outside of work, I enjoy walking and reading.
