Jodie Boston

Associate

I specialise in commercial and residential property litigation.

I take a practical and pragmatic approach to provide a solution and am able to provide advice to assist in preventing dispute before they arise. In addition to property disputes, I also prepare and serve statutory notices in relation to commercial properties.

I act for a range of clients including  individuals, landowners and developers, through to large corporate entities.

I have extensive experience dealing with issues such as commercial lease renewals, forfeiture, breach of covenants, dilapidations, break rights, boundary disputes, rights of way and other easements, as well as securing possession of land.

When dealing with a dispute, I take into account what is important to you, what your desired outcome is, and look beyond the legal point of view.

I am also experienced in providing advice and support in regulatory and enforcement matters. I act for landlords facing enforcement action by local authorities, as well as professionals being investigated their regulating body. I have worked with businesses and directors facing investigations and prosecutions brought by HSE, trading standards and environmental health. I have also acted for statutory and non-statutory regulators in an advisory capacity.

In my spare time, I enjoy walking, spending time with my husband and young daughters and reading.
