I spent a number of years at HCR in Cheltenham, where I worked on both commercial and residential property disputes. More recently, I’ve been with firms in Bristol, including Womble Bond Dickinson and Bevan Brittan, focusing almost exclusively on commercial property disputes. During that time, I advised national retailers and public sector clients on a wide range of complex issues.

Joining Redkite felt like the right move for me -I wanted to return to a strong regional firm. I’m really looking forward to working with a diverse client base and the variety of disputes that brings. It’s also exciting to be back in a locality I have connections with, so I can feel more connected to both Redkite and its clients.

My experience covers a broad range of property litigation matters, including:

• Commercial lease renewals
• Forfeiture and breach of covenants
• Dilapidations and break rights
• Boundary disputes and rights of way
• Easements and possession of land

I take a practical and pragmatic approach to resolving disputes, always considering what matters most to my clients and their desired outcomes - not just the legal position.

Outside of work, I enjoy walking, reading, and spending time with my husband and young daughters.
