I have always worked in industries that provide positive client outcomes and Redkite Solicitors certainly delivers that.
My main responsibilities are looking at the systems and processes within the HR team and looking to improve and streamline the processes, and then identifying technology to assist both now and also in the longer term as we continue to grow. This allows the team to concentrate on supporting the business in its goals and visions
Process improvement, change management and system implementation has been my focus within HR for many years.
Solving an issue and implementing a solution which reduces duplication, time or manual interventions.
I am also a keen model maker and gardener.
