IT Training Officer
I joined Redkite IT Team in September 2024 based in Gloucestershire as the IT Training Officer for the firm. With strong experience in both the IT Industry and the Education Sector, I support Redkite users in the day-to-day use of our systems and delivering technical IT training to both new and existing staff.
I have always had a passion for IT and particularly the creative elements within it. I have built and managed countless websites from the ground up and educated business owners on how to properly manage their websites and email platforms to get the best results for their businesses. I bring this experience to Redkite by creating engaging and interactive training modules for our staff to help them best utilise their software to deliver excellent client service.
Outside of work I am a commission artist and in my spare time you will find me either on the badminton court or at home with my partner and my dog.
