Jordan Thomas

I’m a Partner specialising in corporate law, advising companies, shareholders and management teams on a wide range of complex corporate transactions. I have particular expertise in sell-side and management-led deals across various sectors, and most of my work is for business owners, venture capital investors and investee companies.

Originally from Swansea, I have strong roots across South Wales, both personally and professionally. I played rugby for Bonymaen and Mumbles, attended Swansea University and Cardiff University, and I started my legal career in Cardiff over a decade ago. Following stints in London and Bristol, I now work across Swansea, Cardiff and surrounding areas. I take pride in supporting local businesses and their owners through key stages of growth, change and succession planning.

When I’m not working, I enjoy rugby, good food, walks with my wife and avoiding household chores.
