Joshua Jones

I joined the Dispute Resolution team at Redkite in 2019 after having spent over 2 years working within the in-house Litigation team of a major utilities provider in Cardiff.

I graduated from Aberystwyth University in 2014. After passing the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University in 2015, I worked within the Litigation department at an international law firm where I undertook work relating to the recovery of secured debt and mortgage enforcement. I also have experience in the administration of estates, having worked as a paralegal in the Wills and Probate department at a large firm in Cardiff.

I advise on a range of areas which include the following:

  • Contested wills;
  • Debt recovery;
  • Commercial disputes;
  • Property disputes; and
  • Professional negligence;

 Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors; running, hiking and camping.
