Josie Bradford

I am an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Property team.

I qualified as a solicitor in March 2017, having trained at a corporate law firm based in Cardiff. I remained there until I joined Redkite in November 2025.

I have experience in all aspects of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, estate management, development transactions, secured lending and landlord and tenant matters. I work with a wide range of clients across public, private and charity sectors.

I work with my clients to understand their wider business objectives; providing a service that is timely, clear and pragmatic.

Outside of work, I enjoy getting outside with my young family.
