I have joined Red Kite as a wills, trusts and estates dispute specialist with 15 years of experience advising clients in this niche area of law.

It’s important to me that I really get to know my clients and understand their objectives, in order to find the most tactical and effective route to a successful outcome.

I was ranked a Leading Associate (2024) in the Legal 500 directories, having previously practised at a top tier firm in this specialist area, based in Bristol. I am also a full ACTAPS member.

I have advised individuals and charities upon a broad range of disputes including:

• Will validity challenges, acting for claimants and defendants
• Rectification and construction of Wills
• Executor and trustee disputes including removal and replacement claims, challenging executor and trustee decisions and seeking trust and account information
• Mutual Will disputes
• Proprietary estoppel and constructive trust disputes involving land, property and assets
• Inheritance Act claims, acting for claimant spouses, cohabitees, adult and minor children and adult protected parties (by way of litigation friend) and for defendants.

About me

I live in Bath, in the southern Cotswolds and grew up there.  Before re-training as a lawyer I worked in the media; in animation and television studios.  I also spent 2 years working in tourism and living in Greece.

In my spare time I like to explore new places and visit well-known ones with my family and to catch up with friends.  I like to unwind with a good book or film and I enjoy walking and swimming.
