Karoline Karlsen

I am a Legal Assistant in the Family Law Department, supporting both Legal Aid and private clients across a wide range of matters.

I assist with case preparation, liaising with clients and ensuring files progress smoothly and efficiently.

I am a very compassionate person, and I am eager to support clients during their time of need. I aim to be approachable, organised and reliable, making sure clients feel listened to and kept informed every step of the way.

I moved to the UK from Norway in 2020 to pursue my legal career and have since completed my LPC LLM. Taking that step has strengthened my resilience and determination, and I bring that same commitment to my work each day.

I also speak fluent Norwegian, which allows me to assist Scandinavian clients where needed.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym and spending time with friends and family.
