Kim Dudley

I am a Compliance Officer at Redkite Law, with a broad background in legal support and a strong focus on regulatory compliance, risk management, and client care.

I began my legal career in South Africa as a law firm administrator before progressing into a paralegal role in commercial law. I later gained experience in estate administration and conveyancing, supporting a team of three attorneys and working across a wide range of complex matters. After relocating to the UK with my partner and our son in 2024, I was keen to re-establish my career in the legal sector, and joining Redkite Law felt like a natural next step.

My main focus within the firm is supporting fee earners with compliance queries and managing client complaints and claims. I enjoy problem solving, investigating issues, and ensuring matters are handled in line with regulatory requirements, while helping clients feel heard, supported, and reassured.
