Laura Hope
Solicitor
Laura graduated from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David with a BA (Hons) in Education. Following a decision to change career paths, she returned to university in 2016 to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law at Swansea University. She went on to complete the Legal Practice Course, also at Swansea, and graduated in 2018.
Laura qualified as a solicitor in March 2023 and joined Redkite Solicitors’ Commercial Property team in April 2025. Based in the firm’s Sketty office, she advises on a wide range of commercial property matters.
Her areas of expertise include:
- Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties
- Agricultural land transactions
- Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, underleases, lease renewals, agreements for lease, and licences
- Property transactions involving pension schemes
Laura is known for providing clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s needs and objectives.
