Senior Legal Advisor
Based in the Cardiff Office, I am a Senior Legal Advisor with the Dispute Resolution and Property Litigation Department.
I graduated from Swansea University in 2023 and am currently undertaking a part time LLM course with the University of Law.
I have experience within residential Landlord and Tenant matters inclusive of housing matters in England and Wales since the implementation of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act.
I have assisted a range of clients including private individuals, housing associations and local authorities.
I provide advice and assistance to clients covering housing matters including:
- Possession claims
- Disrepair claims
- Access injunctions
- Anti-social behaviour issues
In my spare time, I enjoy playing netball and reading.
