Madeleine Pinschof
I qualified as a Solicitor through the more traditional route of law having obtained a Law Degree in London and then my LPC in Bristol.
I have recently joined Redkite as a Partner and bring with me over 26 years of legal experience with over 24 years as a qualified Solicitor. I am based primarily out of our Cirencester office but am happy to travel to our client’s as necessary. I am a specialist Clinical Negligence Solicitor and am an Accredited member of the Law Society Panel of Clinical Negligence. I am acknowledged by the top legal Directories by the Legal 500 as a Leading Individual and in the Chambers and Partner Directory as a Notable Practitioner.
An extract from my most recent Chambers & Partners listing says:
“Madeleine is an exceptional lawyer; she demonstrates a strong determination to see a claim to a more than satisfactory conclusion. Her communication style is sensitive and firm to both claimants and experts and she’s clear and precise in her instructions.”
“She is very efficient and completely aware of all the complexities and nuances in a case. She’s always super helpful in challenging matters as well.”
During my legal career, I have worked on behalf of clients on cases which have included those who have suffered brain injuries at birth or shortly after, delays in diagnosing strokes, amputations, spinal cord injuries, delays in diagnosing or treating cancer, colorectal injuries and gynaecological as well as many other missed opportunities to treat and diagnose. I have also assisted many families who have tragically lost their loves ones due to medical failures. My aim when representing is to achieve the best outcome for my clients and where appropriate obtain rehabilitation and interim payments to ensure treatment can be maximised; enhancing chances of a better recovery being achieved with maximised damages obtained.
Outside of work I have previously been a Trustee and Chair of Cerebral Palsy Plus, a Bristol based charity and have also been actively involved in my local Gig Rowing Club. My passion in the last 5 years or so has been Gig Rowing which has included rowing in the Gig World Championships on 4 occasions. I also enjoy travelling and exploring in our recently acquired campervan.
