With more than a decade of international experience, I’ve driven large-scale talent projects across EMEA, the US and APAC, heading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex hiring programmes for legal, professional services, biotech, technology and financial organisations in both fast-growth and highly regulated environments.

At Redkite I’m spearheading the rollout of recruitment technology and process, building structured interview and assessment frameworks, and creating early-careers and leadership pipelines. My goal is to ensure we have the people, culture and future-ready processes to support our bold growth and to set a new standard for talent acquisition in the legal sector.
