Miad Wahabi

I joined the Employment team in September 2025, having worked in the HR and  Employment field for a number of years. I regularly advise clients on their internal processes and procedures that lead to a variety of claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancies, unlawful deductions of wages, and equal pay.

Having had experience dealing with Employment Tribunal claims for both employers and employees, I have helped numerous Clients with either pursuing claims, defending claims, drafting settlements, complying with Case Management Orders, and providing legal representation at final hearings. This has given me a very well-rounded basis on which to advise employers and employees throughout their internal procedures. Based in the Cardiff office, my main role involves assisting employers through the disciplinary procedures, investigations, grievances, sickness absence procedures, and capability or performance procedures. I also assist with keeping our clients up to date with regular developments and reviewing and updating Contracts and Policies, and Procedures to ensure that they remain complaint.
