Natasha Parker

I’m a Compliance Assistant at Red Kite Solicitors, based in the Pembroke office, where I support the firm with regulatory and risk management matters.

My role focuses mainly on anti‑money laundering compliance, sanctions screening and reviewing matter risk assessments, and I work closely with fee earners to help ensure files are compliant, well organised and meet firm standards. I also support audits and accreditations, including Lexcel, and assist colleagues with day‑to‑day compliance queries.

I enjoy working collaboratively with teams across the firm, including supporting new colleague inductions, where my friendly and approachable nature helps me provide clear, practical guidance and make compliance feel straightforward. I find it rewarding knowing my work supports both our clients and the firm as a whole, and I’m keen to continue developing my skills within compliance, with the long‑term aim of progressing into a Compliance Officer role.
