Chief Executive Officer
Leadership and Vision
It is a real privilege to serve as Chief Executive Officer of Redkite Solicitors. I am fortunate to work alongside talented colleagues who care deeply about our clients, our communities and one another.
I believe the best businesses are built by creating an environment where people feel supported, trusted and empowered to do their best work. What makes Redkite Solicitors truly special is its people. Together, we have built a firm that is ambitious, supportive and down-to-earth, while remaining focused on doing the right thing. As we have grown, we have stayed true to our belief that people and clients should be at the heart of every decision we make.
What I enjoy most is the energy and ambition across the business. Our people are committed to continually improving, developing their expertise and making a positive difference for the individuals, families and businesses we support. We want every client to feel confident, informed and reassured when making important decisions, and I believe it is our combination of technical excellence, warmth and genuine care that makes Redkite Solicitors such a trusted firm.
Professional Background
After graduating from the University of Manchester with a degree in Chemistry, I joined EY and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. During my time there, I worked with a diverse range of clients, from growing businesses to major organisations including BNFL and Capital Bank.
I later joined the Co-operative Group, where I held a number of senior leadership positions, including Finance Director of Funeralcare. My introduction to the legal sector came as Operations Director of Co-operative Legal Services, which was awarded the first Alternative Business Structure (ABS) licence issued by the Solicitors Regulation Authority in 2012.
During my time there, I helped grow a successful Wills and Probate business and led the Personal Injury division through a period of significant change following the Jackson reforms. These experiences reinforced my belief that legal services can combine professional excellence, innovation and outstanding client care.
Looking Ahead
I am genuinely excited about the future of Redkite Solicitors. We have grown significantly over the years, but what matters most is that we continue to grow in a way that stays true to our values and the relationships we build with our clients and communities.
As we look ahead, we will keep investing in our people, supporting our local communities and delivering the personal, practical legal advice that clients have come to expect from Redkite Solicitors. I am proud of what we have achieved together and grateful to be part of a firm with such a bright future.
Beyond the Office
Wellbeing is important to me and to everyone at Redkite Solicitors. Away from work, I enjoy spending time outdoors in the Welsh countryside and can often be found trail running with Koda, my four-legged running companion.
