IT Relations Assistant
I’ve been working with Red Kite Law since the beginning of July 2025 in the IT department as the IT relations assistant, focusing primarily on managing long term projects and managing our inventory.
I also focus a great deal on helping people with any day-to-day technical issues they may experience with both internal and external systems that they use. This applies for all offices across the firm but mainly focused on our eastern English offices.
My educational background is technically focused, which I’ve combined with my customer service experience for a well-rounded skillset to resolve any problems people have to help them work more effectively. I’m generally a detail-oriented individual who enjoys focusing on problem-solving which helps greatly in remedying difficult technical issues in a timely manner.
In my spare time I enjoy reading on historical and related topics. I would add that I also enjoy learning languages and can speak a few of them semi-fluently!
