Nicola Wright

I am a Legal Assistant at Redkite in the Residential Conveyancing Department, supporting the delivery of clear, practical and client‑focused legal services.

I have over 30 years’ experience, mostly in real estate, lifetime planning and probate work. Having worked in a large commercial law firm and a smaller private client practice, I now work closely with the Redkite residential conveyancing team in Penarth.

Throughout my career I have taken on many challenges including being Exec Assistant to senior C-Suite leaders of law firms, organising and running large events, managing teams and undertaking paralegal work in residential conveyancing, commercial real estate, lifetime planning and probate work. Now I see my role as trying to ensure each transaction goes as smoothly as possible and to make sure client service remains at a high level of satisfaction, whether I am meeting clients in person to assist with any queries they may have or drafting documents and onboarding new matters in the background.

I enjoy being able to use my experience to serve a community that I have also lived in for most of my life.

Outside work, I like to spend time with my family, and walk the local beaches with my 2 labradors when I can.
