I joined Redkite Solicitors in November 2009 after graduating with a BA Honours degree from the University of Glamorgan. I have since gained valuable wide-ranging experience as a Legal Advisor in Private Client work, specialising in Wealth Management and the Court of Protection, acting within the provisions of the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
My experience includes advising on, and preparing, a wide range of Deputyship Applications to the Court of Protection. I can guide and help you to apply to the Court of Protection to become a Property & Financial Affairs Deputy, so you are able to make financial decisions of a loved one, a family member or close friend who lacks the requisite capacity to manage these matters themselves – due to Dementia, a severe learning disability, brain injury or illness.
I have a particular interest in issues surrounding elderly clients and protecting vulnerable individuals.
In my spare time I enjoy flower arranging, I am proud to be a member of the South Pembrokeshire Flower Arrangement Society.
