Nicole Allen

I’m a Business Development Executive with a background in hospitality and events. I built my career around creating exceptional client experiences and strong, lasting relationships. Working in fast-paced, people-focused environments taught me how to anticipate needs, think on my feet, and consistently deliver results.

I now work in business development, where I bring that same client-first mindset into a more strategic, growth-focused role. I enjoy identifying new opportunities, building meaningful partnerships, and helping businesses expand their reach in a sustainable way.

I’m naturally proactive, adaptable, and driven by results, but at the core of what I do is a genuine passion for connecting with people. Whether I’m developing new business or nurturing existing relationships, I’m focused on creating value for both clients and the organisations I represent.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active at the gym, unwinding through knitting, and watching South Africa play rugby whenever I get the chance.
