Nigel Packer

I was born in Swansea and attended Penlan Comprehensive School.  I attained my LLB from London University in 1974 and subsequently passed my Law Society Part 2 Examinations and joined T R Harris Arnold Solicitors on the 1^st October 1977.

I was articled to Fred Arnold Solicitor in the Swansea office at the outset but in February 1976 , I was asked to move to our Gorseinon office to work with David Mathias Jones.  In 1980, I became a Partner in the firm and in 2004, I became Senior Partner.  Just the fourth Senior Partner in the practice which was set up in 1905.

During my career, I have dealt with all aspects of law but mainly Wills and Probate, Residential Conveyancing, Family Law and Childcare work.  I was a member of the Law Society Children’s Panel and Family Mediation Panel being one of the first Family Mediators in Wales in 1993.

In April 2019 T R Harris Arnold Solicitors merged with Red Kite Law LLP and I became a Consultant Solicitor now practicing in the Wills and Probate department.

I pride myself in acting in the best interests of my clients, my clients’ individual needs are always at the forefront my thoughts when carryout legal work on their behalf. I am pleased to say that I am still working for families which have been with me throughout my career.
