Olivia Hawthorn

I work as a Legal Advisor in the Residential Conveyancing Team, supporting clients through every stage of the property buying and selling process. I am currently training as a CILEX Paralegal alongside my role, with the aim of qualifying as a CILEX Lawyer. I am committed to continually developing my skills and legal knowledge so I can provide clients with the best possible service.

I particularly enjoy assisting first-time buyers taking their first step onto the property ladder, as well as clients moving into their dream home or selling to progress to their next chapter. I understand that the conveyancing process can feel complex and overwhelming, so I take pride in making the experience as smooth, efficient and stress-free as possible by ensuring that each client feels informed, reassured and fully supported from instruction through to completion.

Outside of work, you will usually find me walking my Labrador along the beaches of Pembrokeshire.
