Owen Davies

I joined Red Kite in August 2025 following the completion of my Law degree at Swansea University. I am currently a Legal Assistant within the Commercial Property team.

I have had a particular interest in commercial property since studying the subject at university and enjoy the variety of matters that this area of law offers.

My role allows me to further develop my legal experience and expertise by supporting the solicitors in my team across a wide range of matters, including both leasehold and freehold transactions. Each matter presents new challenges and opportunities to build on my skills and understanding of commercial property work.

Since joining the team, I have gained strong practical experience in post-completion matters, including completing a high volume of first registrations. In doing so, I aim to provide clients with clear, timely communication and a high standard of service throughout the process.

I am focused on developing my technical and practical expertise with the aim of qualifying as a solicitor and intend to undertake the SQE as part of this process.

Outside of work, I am a keen golfer and a member at Fairwood Golf Course. I enjoy the challenge and focus the game brings and find it is the perfect way to relax and unwind after a busy week. When I am not on the course, I enjoy going to the gym and spending time with friends and family.
