Rachael Birch

I am the Head of IT at Redkite Law LLP, responsible for leading the firm's technology strategy, cyber security, digital transformation, and IT service delivery. My focus is on ensuring technology supports our people, enhances client service, and enables the firm to operate securely and efficiently.

I am passionate about innovation, artificial intelligence, cyber security, and continuous improvement, and I enjoy working with colleagues across the business to deliver practical technology solutions that drive positive change.

Outside of work, I am a keen equestrian and regularly compete with my horse, William. The dedication, teamwork, and resilience required in equestrian sport closely reflect the values I bring to my professional life, where building strong relationships and achieving long-term success are key to everything I do.
